NHS INFORM.SCOT FOR ADVICE, OR CALL 111, WHERE A TEAM OF SPECIALLY TRAINED STAFF
WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE PRACTICE REGARDING CORONAVIRUS.
While social distancing rules remain in place, all appointment requests will be triaged
by telephone in the first instance. Please be prepared to give our trained reception
staff some details about your problem, and a doctor or nurse will call you back on
an agreed day if your problem is routine, or the same day if your problem is urgent.
If the doctor feels that they need to see you face to face, they will arrange an
appointment for you to come along to the surgery.
Please help us with social distancing restrictions by following these guidelines
Come alone for your appointment
(unless the patient is a child or needs to be accompanied for medical reasons)
Do not arrive early for your appointment.
(We may have to ask you to wait outside if we do not have space for you)
Wear a face covering when you attend
Please help protect our patients and staff by only attending the surgery if you have
been specifically asked to do so by a doctor.
Prescription requests - please post your requests through the letterbox
in the blue door at the staff entrance/car park, marking it with the name of your
usual chemist, and we will send it there for you. You can also enclose a SAE if you
would ike it posted to you.
If you do not have access to online ordering, and would like to use this
Service, a code can be obtained from our reception team.

out at central clinics this year.
This means that the surgery will not be offering flu clinics or routine flu vaccinations
If you are over 65, or aged 18 - 64 in a “risk group”,
we ask that you attend one of the upcoming “drive through” clinics. For dates and
times, please click here
If you are unable to attend the drive through service, a limited “walk through” service
is available. For dates and times please click here . However, we do encourage
you to attend the drive through service if possible.
Please click here for a list of local pharmacies who may be able to offer you a flu
vaccination if you are unable to attend one of the pre arranged clinics.
Primary school children will be vaccinated at school.
If you/your child is aged 12 - 17 and in a “risk group” please contact the surgery
for further advice.
You can find further information on flu vaccinations at nhsinform.scot
